Mike Paquette has held executive roles at Top Layer for over 9 years. Prior to joining Top Layer he was Senior Engineering Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation in the Network Product Group. He was responsible for Digital's multi-technology switch product development, where he supervised more than 90 engineers. Mike has more than 23 years of computer networking and security experience with an extensive background in the design and development of networking products. Mike received his BSEE from Boston University and has completed graduate work on computer networks at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He speaks at leading industry events.

Rob Aragao, Director of Sales Engineering and Services, eIQnetworks
Rob Aragao has over 10-years of experience working in the information technology industry. Prior to joining eIQ, he played a major role in driving Pedestal Software into a leader in the Security Configuration Management area and ultimately a $75M acquisition by Altiris (NASDAQ: ATRS) in March 2005, where he most recently led the Security Management division worldwide. Rob has a proven track record in working with the Fortune 1000, Federal Government, as well as building strategic relationships with business partners. Prior to Altiris, Rob held various leadership roles with Genuity, a leading Managed Services Provider, and Stream International. Rob received a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Management from Bryant University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
