Top Layer Networks Enhances Channel Focus with Addition of Two New Hires

Westboro, MA, May 30, 2006 -

Top Layer Networks, Inc., the leading provider of globally proven intrusion prevention solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Eskew and Dante Tuccero to its management team, who will be responsible for growing Top Layer Networks’ reseller channel across North America. Both Joseph Eskew and Dante Tuccero will report directly to Robert Daigneault, Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Top Layer Networks.

Joseph Eskew has been appointed to the position of Senior Director of North American Channels in the Western region. In this role he will be responsible for the growth of the Western region reseller channel. Eskew brings to Top Layer Networks extensive channel expertise and strong sales experience. Prior to joining Top Layer, Eskew served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Citrix Systems – Gateway Division, where he successfully built the sales organization and drove significant revenue. Prior, Eskew held Vice President roles at Inxight Software and the TIS division of Network Associates, and had multiple sales management positions at Oracle, Wyse Technologies and Xerox.

Dante Tuccero takes the role of Director of North American Channels East. In this function he will be responsible for building Top Layer Networks’ channel program in the Eastern region of North America. Tuccero brings to Top Layer a proven track record of driving new business initiatives, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Most recently, Tuccero led the Northeast region channel effort for Trend Micro, significantly increasing sales and helping the company win CRN’s “Channel Champion Winners” award for their network security software. Prior, Tuccero held positions with Raptor Systems (acquired by Symantec), Content Technologies, and Entercept Security Technologies (acquired by McAfee).

Joseph Eskew will be working from the Los Angeles office, while Dante Tuccero will be based in Westboro, Mass.
